Our Policies

Our goal is to make your visit an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
We hope when you leave you will be refreshed and making plans for your next visit.

  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and cash.

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm–9:30pm.

    • Sunday check-ins are now only accepted with a stay of 3 or more nights and must be arranged with a staff member. (In order to allow our staff to take a day of rest, we provide minimal services on Sunday.)

  • Check-out is 11am.

  • Complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room each morning.

  • Wifi is available in each room.

  • Oak Ridge Inn is a smoke-free inn.

  • No pets are allowed.

  • All rates are based on double occupancy—$10 each additional occupant per night.

  • Children 12 and under stay free.

Cancellation Policy

  • For 1 room bookings, cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.

  • For 2-4 room bookings, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.

  • For bookings with 5 or more rooms, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a full refund.

    For all reservations, cancellations made within the reservation’s arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full amount. A full refund will be issued only if we are able to book the room(s).
    Cancelations must be made by speaking with a staff member of the Inn. If you are unable to get in touch with a staff member you may leave a message with your cancelation details.
